"If you continue in my word, then you are truly my disciples..."

Revised Common Lectionary Daily Readings

Year C - The Year of Luke

The foundational premise of these daily readings is their relationship to the Sunday and festival lectionary. The readings are chosen so that the days leading up to Sunday (Thursday through Saturday) prepare for the Sunday readings. The days flowing out from Sunday (Monday through Wednesday) reflect upon the Sunday readings. The first citation listed in each daily set is the suggested psalm or other scriptural canticle, followed by the two suggested readings for the day.
